They only promote from within, care about your work/life balance, offer amazing benefits and incentives.

Cons

Constant trainings and long emails to keep up with with new promotions constantly changing and running simultaneously

pay (for now) people (they are in the same boat with you)

Cons

Rules and policy constantly changes (this isnt new but its getting worse) They will say one thing, reassure you, then don't follow through ( get it in writing no matter the promise) Unethically changes to meet metrics Favortism Promote to fire ( there is a contant situation in from what i know just charleston) but they will promote you then 2 months later "restructure" rename the role, for the people who were kicked out of the role were fired or made to reapply.
