Pros

Good retirement benefits, office is nice. Pay is more or less competitive. Teams can be good people depending on where you land (been on one good and one bad).

Cons

Low yearly increases, basically game of thrones to advance past KM3, constant reorgs & recent layoffs/offshoreing/AI push destroying morale. Lack of leadership from the C-Suite.
