      - Some of the best investors in the world - Smart people all around - Fantastic culture, family first, work/life balance - Lot of exposure and chance to work with PMs

      Cons

      - Slow growth - Feels like a big machine, pretty typical of a company of this size - Pay at junior levels is probably behind industry standards (although it's in Baltimore so that might skew it)
