      Not at all what you expect from a company with their reputation. Completely unorganized. The worst training I’ve ever experienced. Employees quit the first day as well as throughout training. They do not prepare you to perform the job at all. The only practice calls were to perform password resets only and pass the calls we were hired for to another dept. long story short RUN!!!!! I didn’t heed the warning. Oh and overtime is mandatory as SOON as you get out of training. Like the very first day
