      - You can be promoted and they definitely use that to motivate you. - Decent Benefits - Do not expect a lot of work experience so a good place to start before college.

      - They were not really upfront with the amount of overtime this job required. - It sometimes felt like employees were pitted against each other. - Pay is considerably lower than competitors. Many people leave after a few months to pursue something better.
