There will be 2-3 events for DE&I per month. Management does track if everyone is taking part in DE&I. Collaboration Development
Cons
Management does track if everyone is taking part in DE&I but not implement it in practice themselves when promoting people of color to leadership role. Except for some high profile roles like COO where it's easy to prove DE&I is practiced in the organization to external world , it's difficult for everyone else to move up in the ladder to leadership roles.
