      High standards and high quality investment professionals

      Investment staff are high quality professionals, many at the top of industry in their areas of expertise. Despite the size of the firm, the investment culture remains collegial.

      Cons

      Leadership transitions over the years have eroded culture from research-led to PM-led. Investment horizon has become more short term. Promotions and advancement process is low transparency. No explicit process around career development. Diversity efforts yield limited results.

There are noticeable management biases toward certain individuals, which affects morale and fairness. Additionally, compensation is not consistently aligned with skill sets or experience, leading to significant pay disparities across similar roles
