Move managers into areas where they don't have any expertise. Not as "T. Rowe Nice" as you think. Management doesn't really care about their employees. This company promotes themselves as being flexible with work/life balance but when it comes down to it, when you ask to telecommute or flex your schedule, management makes a big deal out of it.

No women in leadership positions. Senior positions seem to only go to people who went to the same private schools on Baltimore. At headquarters, managers seem to be people who were once great individual contributors, not people who are good people managers. Underplays for most positions.
