      Pros

      Good training and benefits, plenty of advancement potential or opportunities to move within departments

      Cons

      Morale is terrible in every department and the company does very little of substance to address this. There is a fairly large disconnect on project management which often leads to duplicated work or overlooked items of importance.

      Good benefits and corporate culture. Modern facilities. Diverse workforce. Rock-solid balance sheet.

      Cons

      Most leadership is strong (especially upper management) and properly aligned but some areas need significant improvement. Work/Life balance is hard to find in many salaried positions.
