      Pros

      If you are driven and are willing to take the initiative, TRP will definitely help you pursue opportunities within the firm. The company provides great training opportunities. The corporate training courses are beneficial professionally and personally. They definitely provide some of the best benefits too.

      Cons

      Honestly, I've never really had a bad experience. Sometimes the moral of the departments could be negative, but i feel like you have to factor in individual attitudes as well.

      This is a great place to work if you are starting out, there is a lot of opportunity to move around the company and there is a lot of training.
