      Pros

      Good benefits and beautiful,wooded Owings Mills campus with onsite cafeterias and fitness center. Friendly employees with some great underlying talent.

      Cons

      Talent not recognized if it doesn't fit in exactly with management styles. Good starter company to learn the basics, but don't stay too long, you'll stall out your career. I waited too long to find that out. As the saying goes "You don't leave a company, you leave a manager."
