      Excellent benefits, wonderful work life balance with flexible schedules and a true interest in the development of employees. The employees are intelligent and truly understand the meaning of collaboration.

      Cons

      The environment can vary from very conservative to laid back. Fortunately, my group is very laid back yet still very professional and productive.

      Pros

      TRP has excellent training making it a great place to begin your career at. They have an excellent live/work balance rarely demanding that you work much overtime.

      Cons

      The two primary downsides are compensation and career advancement. Unless you live in Baltimore and want to remain a manager, there is not much career advancement on the retail side of the business.
