The demands that come down from the top are a little confusing at times. New priorities overtake current priorities and before you know it, your team will be working on 10 "priorities" at once and be expected to follow up on them immediately.

They will squeeze every drop of efficiency out of you every minute. The pace and the constant metric keeping will grind you to powder. Did not expect any type of collaborative team building, or any type of camaraderie. There's not a culture of team building, or of any interaction frankly.
