Pros
T. Rowe Price was a fantastic place to work prior 2023, but significant outflows and leadership changes seem to have driven a marked cultural decline. The company once hired for both capability and values, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Cons
Over the last two to three years, many new hires have not appeared to uphold those same standards, and the culture in several departments has become increasingly political and self-serving. In that context, it is not surprising that a number of initiatives failed to deliver real business value. When ego and politics outweigh collaboration and accountability, business performance inevitably suffers.
