      Great company culture - Thirsty Thursday's etc Fun place to work - relaxed and well taken care of Competitive salary Good benefits

      Cons

      Awful new-hire training processes - almost no assistance was given, expected to learn completely on your own Too many meetings Teams are silo'd but expect things to integrate seamlessly

      Good Environment to work, Great team and very good Management.. Work life balance is great. Never feel like "Oh!! one more day at work". Fun place to work and A lot of learning

      Cons

      compensation not up to IT market standards. I don't think I can think of anything else right now
