Very friendly environment, leadership trusts employees, work is a team effort among many other benefits

Cons

Currently minimizing contact with others at the facility due to COVID 19 spread prevention so it’s very difficult to take others’ shifts for over time

Pros

Executive management is incredibly capable and is very thoughtful with their leadership strategies. They truly care about the well being of all employees and express their gratitude on a regular basis. Co-workers are absolutely brilliant and impressive. Every person at the company works as if they are directly responsible for the success of the company. Nobody ever completes tasks the "easy way", no matter how much additional work the "right way" is.

Cons

The work is consistently difficult and challenging. This is not the place for somebody looking to put in their hours and leave. You're part of a much bigger goal while working at T5 and every employee needs to be committed to the overall goal of top quality service and have the "Forever On" mindset.
