Small, very close knit group of on site facilities techs.

Cons

Shift work in 12 hr shifts for a 24x7 site. Rotating 2 - 3 days, alternating weekends. Days/nights swap quarterly. This is site specific, though.

Cons

Upper management isn't the best and pay could be better.
