- The perdiem makes up the majority of your paycheck. Without it, you make $11 an hour
- Hotel, gas and food are not provided by the company
- Lots of drama, some managers are borderline insane but the company can’t afford to fire them
- No sick days (unless you get a doctors note)
- No health benefits provided to obtain said doctors note without paying
- VERY short travel notice, you have virtually no time to prepare because you have no idea what state you’ll be going to until the very last minute so I suggest saving at LEAST $600 to get to your next destination.
- Lack of decent training. I’ve met quite a few employees who have no clue what they’re doing because managers/senior employees either do not explain things well, come off as rude or aggressive to new employees, or have no intention of training them in the first place
- Can be very stressful and disorganized
- Only two days off to recuperate from a rough week
