Pros

None! Nothing there is a con working with the administration sucks they don't care to help you at all

Cons

Everything is a con there. Administration will not help you. They will not write back in the emails you sent them. They are extremely unprofessional in the emails.

Pros

- Decent pay depending on project location - Projects are completed overnight which means no customer interactions - You meet some great employees/managers on the road - Good opportunity to make money and travel simultaneously - The work is relatively easy to learn - Weekly perdiem - Good learning opportunity

Cons

- The perdiem makes up the majority of your paycheck. Without it, you make $11 an hour - Hotel, gas and food are not provided by the company - Lots of drama, some managers are borderline insane but the company can’t afford to fire them - No sick days (unless you get a doctors note) - No health benefits provided to obtain said doctors note without paying - VERY short travel notice, you have virtually no time to prepare because you have no idea what state you’ll be going to until the very last minute so I suggest saving at LEAST $600 to get to your next destination. - Lack of decent training. I’ve met quite a few employees who have no clue what they’re doing because managers/senior employees either do not explain things well, come off as rude or aggressive to new employees, or have no intention of training them in the first place - Can be very stressful and disorganized - Only two days off to recuperate from a rough week
