Pros

It’s a great company and I really enjoy the work. It’s satisfying to see a whole store come together and look amazing when it’s finished.

Cons

The vetting process for who they hire in is a little too lax.

Pros

Travel. The 500 per diem is decent as long as you split hotel with a partner. But, that's literally the only thing I can say good about this company.

Cons

No matter where you travel for them, the pay is ten bucks. If minimum wage is 15, you get ten. The company pockets the difference in pay and you get ten bucks. The chain of command is useless. Nothing gets addressed. Over all, just not a very good company to work for if you want to make a livable wage or have any desire to feel appreciated.
