Pros

Some of the staff are really nice, and you can develop long-lasting relationships with your colleagues which helps a lot in a working environment.

Cons

Some of the staff are also opposite to the nicer ones. They will try to boss you around, put you down and work you like a slave.

Pros

None that I can think of. They claim they are luxury but not at all. They are Very mass market and product innovation is very behind. They hide behind their advertisement and celebrity endorsement.

Cons

Everything! The company operations are very stiff and no room for improvement. They are mismanaged at the top and no one steering the ship. The big problem is their wholesale distribution. It is very confusing why they are in Macy's. It cheapens the brand.
