Pros

Really fun company and culture. Plus you literally get to create things for super cool projects.

Cons

Hours can be really long on some weeks. Overtime pay will sometimes help this but base pay is too low compared to other jobs in the industry for the amount of work.

Nothing is good about Tait towers unprofessional

They over work the temps and treat them like garbage plus they lie about how you perform and blame the temps for there mistakes I know because I've worked there for almost a yr signed a app to get hired on and they lied on my name and they never gave me a shot poor pay for everything you gotta put up with while the crew leaders sit on there and do nothing but blame the temps for everything that they mess up on they're prejudice towards color people or other races that ain't white I know because I seened temps of different race come in and get fired the following week stay away I'm not kidding they are racist
