      Pros

      Company has a wonderful product to offer and has strong contacts that keeps most of them coming back for future work. Overall young workforce that tries to help one another.

      Cons

      The CFO has very poor communication skills and has a hard time relating to people in his own department and throughout the company. Upper level management expects their employees to work long hours and has been very slow to implement a software system that is easy to use. The CFO and CEO are not respected.

As the company continues to grow and expand, we have discovered new avenues of sharing information to all of our employees globally.       Overworked and underpaid

      Pros

      TAIT is an industry leader. You'll get to work on great projects, you'll be challenged and you'll be working alongside some very talented people.

      Cons

      TAIT will throw money at everything else besides its people. The employees are not valued - especially the ones on the shop floor. A work/life balance is non-existent. Overtime is regular time. The pay rate is low. Very low.

As the company continues to grow and expand, we want to ensure that our employees are happy, productive and enriched. Over the past year, TAIT has implemented employee enrichment programs, fun club activities (including battle of the bands, golf, design challenges, innovation challenges, rock climbing excursions, yoga and more), employee feedback surveys on new programs and new employee engagement tools.       Mechanical Designer

      Pros

      Great place to learn and design a lot of different and unique touring equipment. The availability to learn is up to the employee. Exposure to mechanical design, manufacturing process and fabrication is very valuable.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive for the hours and responsibility you are given. There is no work - life balance. Reward for hard work is a company picnic hear and there. Everyone is disposable.
