Pros

The company hires excellent employees. The level of knowledge and capabilities is outstanding. With this talent, comes growth in company. TAIT is clearly creating a long term strategy that is rooted in its core capabilities of innovation, design, creativity, entertainment and technology. Leadership cares about employee culture, customer engagement and satisfaction. New tools are being implemented to capture that feedback and make necessary changes.

Cons

Transparency is key and TAIT has begun to educate and include all employees on global strategy.

Pros

Working at TAIT is awesome! Every day is a different project, different challenge, and/or different atmosphere. There is always something exciting going on - whether it's Nerf dart battles, ping pong tournaments or snacking at the local food trucks that visit our headquarters, TAIT ensures that their employees enjoy their work space. Aside from the free spirited work environment, employees play a huge part in executing some of the most innovative projects in the entertainment industry!

Cons

I don't have any complaints about working here other than the Lititz rush hour traffic.
