Business Outlook
Pros
People are kind and the camaraderie is very good. It’s a very low drama workplace. Business is growing, making for an exciting time to be here. Salaries are solid and the benefits improve each year and will continue to do so. Events (both in and out of office) are excellent. They’re a lot of fun and there’s a lot of thought put into them. Plenty of time off, culminating in a paid shutdown the week of Christmas.
Cons
Currently no official work from home policy, so it’s a bit of a luck of the draw depending on who your manager is and the type of work you do. Sometimes there can be immaturity in the middle management level, causing some teams to be siloed, which can degrade communication.
