      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn and if possible take on leadership responsibilties. Work - life balance takes a dive if you do take more responsibilities, but that is a price one must pay.

      Cons

      Office culture is a bit unprofessional, team mates / team leads making issue of petty problems. And not many benefits salary wise.
