      Pros

      mismatching skills with required job roles. especially for the entry level fresh graduate employees. Other drawback is bond period before entry level fresh graduate employee can resign in case of dissatisfaction. Campus recruited entry level employees have to compulsory work for 2 year in the company in case job is offered

      As an entry level design engineer a great place to learn and grow.

      1. You can get really good work in TEL TEL works in Embedded domain, Settop box, wireless, graphics fields.

      Cons

      1. Salary is not industry standard. 2. HR not helpful. Never takes responsibility of their mistakes. 3. No food subsidy, no transport subsidy. 4. Company has mostly employee of upto 2years of exp or managers. High experience people are less.
