customers and their technology nothing else.

Cons

Managers and Admin Even client gives appreciation and management or admin teams think you are living with their mercy. Especially US admin teams are extremely rude and arrogant. Career Growth: Forget it unless you know how to foot lick your manager. Salary - one of the worst in many service companies, They will at least take 50% of your salary from customers but still treat you like their slave.

Good for entry level to get some experience

Cons

No hike, no appreciation, no benefits nothing. It’s just waste of time if you don’t move from this quickly. Good for only entry level engineers to get some experience. Leaves are 7 days PTO and 3 dats sick !! Very horrible
