The technologies being used are good enough.

Cons

This company follows a work till you drop policy. You are expected to work hard daily and spend even your personal time thinking about the high workload. Plus, they don't give enough vacations to let employees catch some "me-time". It's horrible.

Good supporting management Allows me to be creative and to think out of the box Able to work from my home office when needed and flexible with my hour to allow a good work and family balance. Love what I do here and they allow me to expand my skills. The company has many events, perks and nice programs for their employees to participate in

Pros

TBC is very generous in terms of resources. We are exposed to top of the line facilities and technology that gives me a platform to learn my craft even more. We value professionalism and ethics here too. I don’t just flourish professionally, but also personally. This workplace boosts my morale and dignity as an employee.

Cons

I would be happier if there were more days for vacation, but it is not really a big deal.
