Pros

They have an established vision and mission. They truly want to help people and will take care of their employees.

Cons

Constantly in a state of change due to the speed at which they are growing. Processes are always changing and management changes quickly.

Pros

Promotions from within the company. New office location for IT, computer center, and consolidation of offices to new facility should be financial Good benefits if you own a vehicle with great discounts on tires, service, etc. Management does have a plan for improving services and marketing the company and if follows through this would be a good deal.

Cons

Technical people are being promoted into managerial positions but this is not necessarily the best philosophy or policy for retention of employees. Reputation in the tire and service industry needs improvement. Would question charging practices within the store locations.
