      Pros

      I was passionate about my work and I loved working here and if not for the things I hated about the management, I would have stayed.

      Cons

      I didn't want to work for a company whose management didn't have confidence with our work. As an accountant, I value integrity and if trust isn't given to me, there's no point in continuing our working relationship. They would just have to do work themselves if they're that good.

      Nonexistent work-life balance

      Pros

      There's a lot on my plate so I learned a lot of things even those outside from scope. I'm still grateful for all the experience and the learnings though.

      Cons

      I knew the nature of my job would really require longer hours and overtime but I wasn't prepared to neglect my personal life and relationships for the sake of my work. I still believe that I can somehow achieve a healthy work-life balance somewhere else just not in this hopeless place.
