Pros

Steady work, good place to learn about fixing cars. Pay is okay, store management listens to what you have to say

Cons

Lack of pay raises, if the company has a super sale you have to put your personal plans on hold to fit the companies needs which I think is a load of b.s. lack of communication between the higher ups and employees

I have nothing good to say that would make me want to work here or suggest to anyone else to work here.

Cons

Trying to be unprofessional. No meetings in my department unless an incident occurred. Everyone had their own rules and regulations. Supervisor act as if he is scared to approach certain employees.
