Constantly in a state of change due to the speed at which they are growing. Processes are always changing and management changes quickly.

they pay really well compared to other industries in the Memphis area

Cons

billion dollar corporation still being run as if it is a co-op; constant cutbacks and missed bonus opportunities while VP level and up are CONSTANTLY getting promoted (what is a Senior Executive Vice President anyway, and how many do we need to be overlords of the dwindling working class?).
