I have never experienced anything positive here.

Cons

When you are about to join this company, you might think such a big brand it is and how amazing the people are. A few weeks after you join, you will realize that the company is more disorganized than you ever thought, and no one is doing anything to fix it. It will surely frustrate you. It dies the same to me.

fun for the whole family...yes, your whole, unqualified family can work here.

Cons

come one, come all ----- if you like nepotism, racism and bullies, this is the place for you. Pockets of good, but most departments operate like a 1962 dictatorship. Lots of old style management by intimidation and fear, especially in the IT area. The pay is below market --- only room to grow if you agree to be a spy for senior leadership.

The product we were selling was a great product with a strong development team behind it. Built a great reputation in the marketplace and many referrals from our install base.

Cons

Management was focused on the short term numbers and was clueless about the long term consequences of their short-term actions. Rotating door at the mid-management level lead to inconsistent goals and reward systems.
