      Pros

      There is really no reason to choose TBC over any other offer you have

      Cons

      They will hire people in at market rates and then shaft the hard working people that are working their way up. They dont care about their associates or retention. They only care about sales performance. They will drive themselves to failure.

      Pros

      No one cares about much of anything but profit.

      Cons

      The systemic tolerance of racism against any minority that is not black is sickening. The HR team will intentionally try to stir up discrimination against blacks while ignoring real and documented cases against other groups. Then tell the complainant it is their job to follow up. There is a reason you get a warning that TBC tried to make themselves a place you would want to work. READ WARNING IN RED ABOVE. That's not my opinion that is fact.
