Hybrid work opportunities and average benefits. However, sometimes associates are promised remote work and then the offer is taken away.

Cons

I would not suggest this place. This organization is completely unorganized and chaotic, there is a bully culture and a boys club culture. Overall the workplace is just toxic. There is a constant change in policies and a revolving door of executives. In addition, there are frequent layoffs and no one is safe. Furthermore, the company does not promote within so to get a promotion you have to leave the company and apply to a higher position. Lastly, you can expect to be paid below the market average.

The job is a decent balance of behind-the-desk to on-the-floor work. Provides small challenge. Low stress

Cons

Pay has been danced around a lot. Communication suffers greatly within warehouse. Compensation is something greatly left to be desired.
