You get a paycheck, not a very big one.

Cons

Layoffs are common. Favoritism is unreal. Current leaders are liars, don’t care at all for the employees and are doing unethical practices.

TBC has a great team work atmosphere I always appreciated. Challenging at times but very rewarding at the end. Worked with many different departments and people across the nation and made great friendships and relationships.

Cons

Only con I could complain about is the travel involved taking me away from my family. And due to company restructuring I was laid off back in May 31st. I have no I’ll will towards this company as they were always good to myself and my family Over the years.
