      At the final straw

      Pros

      There was no problem working with the team even though some may be challenging to deal with.

      Cons

      I didn't get the promised rate. They kept on making excuses and reasons that don't make sense anymore just not to approve that rate they promised. There's no trust anymore at this point and I'm already at my final straw.

      Rarely recognized

      Pros

      A good placeholder when you're in between jobs because it's still a job that regularly paid my bills and put food on the table.

      Cons

      I quit working here because I felt that all the efforts were rarely recognized. They failed to make employees feel that what they were doing mattered. It was very demotivating.
