      Pros

      At least my co-workers are nice. We all agree that we hate the toxic managers.

      Cons

      I don't think you can even call the people leading this company as "leaders." They have no idea what they're doing, and they are ignorant about the proper management of employees. They act like bosses rather than leaders, and that's why no employee likes them.

      They do not think of their employees

      Pros

      It keeps me active, it pays the bills. I get a discount on tires. I like some of the people I work with.

      Cons

      There is never any change at TBC that benefits the employee, only the bottom line. Expect poor work life balance, male dominated culture that is stuck in the past, old school thinking and FALSE promises. They do not think of their employees yet make hundreds of millions a year for themselves.

      If you hate having a personal life, look no further

      It pays more then minimum wage, plenty of hours

      Cons

      Bad management, poor safety environment, minimum 12 hour work days.
