Pros

Free nasty breakfast every payday

Cons

Horrible pay, they will screw you hard in corporate. Yearly reviews are a scam, they will not allow you to rate yourself 5 stars, upper management tells managers to not give anyone 5 stars as this would require giving employees a raise. Suck ups and butt kissers get further then hard working employees. Opening TBC Mexico literally took jobs away from Americans.

Pros

Excellent pay structure that is performance and dedication driven without requiring a demanding, time consuming schedule. There are periods in which your time is required and it may be beyond the normal working hours requested of you, but the job can be very easy if you're business conscious and manage the organization properly in all aspects.

Cons

Having to work alongside colleagues that are under qualified for the position and having to "feel the pain" as a group for their continual underperformance and complete mismanagement of the business. This sadly, is the majority in this geographical portion of the company. It's somewhat accepted.

Pros

Checks don't bounce and if you are not into family and time off, the job is perfect for you so apply and tell your wife and kids good luck.

Cons

Work between 60 and 90 hour weeks. The starting salary is 47500 per year but when you calculate the overtime and regular hrs worked. You are really making like 8 per hour. Upper management could care less about the employee or the antiquated equipment. It takes literally 2 to 3 months to replace broken equipment. The bonus carrot will NEVER BE REACHED SO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. They change the game rules monthly. If there is a contest like the car giveaway, they will draw numerous tickets until they get the one that they want to win. If you do stay with the company for like 16 years and have a stroke and die.... no flowers or upper management at your funeral. Not even a card, but if your store is $ 100 short everyone will visit you immediately. They don't pay the employee's properly and constantly change the game to save money and screw you the employee. You will NEVER GET A RAISE......
