An Experience

Pros

Was offered a once in a lifetime opportunity. Ran a Mobile tire Install van for the company for 4 years and worked closely with management and CEO in the company. It was a great experience. Was recognized for outstanding customer service. It's an okay place to get experience in the automotive service industry.

Cons

Pay is incredibly low for automotive servicing. The demand for Quality service at lower prices speak, but the hire inexperienced and or lazy technicians which they can pay lower and fire when a mistake is made. I went above and beyond for my customer's about top notch customer service but Never got to take my hard earned vacation hours, always had to fight with them. Never got commission, never got to claim or use the health care that was offered to me. It takes the company way to long to have a piece of equipment serviced. HR I'd a joke. Unsure as to why Customer service representatives etc. Make more than the actual technicians, who actually generates the profits to get the job done?

Felt dominated

I don't have anything to add here

Cons

As too many members of one family worked here, I felt dominated. Many other employees felt the same, and no one had the guys to say it straight. I'd rather work for another company with less nepotism. Thankfully, I got a better offer.

Pros

Friendly people. Some management okay, some treat you like a human being. 2 weeks vacation time off. Pay is okay. Michelin owned.

Cons

High turn-over rate. Employees have it tough with lack of breaks. If software breaks, be prepared to rely on faulty support. Constantly busy work. Be prepared to dream of tech support in your dreams.
