Pros

Associates are friendly and positive.

Cons

They don't accommodate for families. They don't provide training to management. HR doesn't investigate concerns reported. They pick and choose who their policies apply to. Benefits aren't great.

Thank you for sharing your past experience as a team member. We maintain high benchmarks of quality and regret that we did not live up to our standards in your case. Being a global leader in the replacement tire and automotive service industry is a challenging endeavor, and our organization is a work in progress. Therefore, we welcome constructive criticism and will do our best to address any issues brought to our attention.

Pros

There's never a boring day because there's a lot of work. Most employees are friendly and are willing to help out when needed.

Cons

Drawback was you always have to say yes to everything they ask you to do - even the ones not in your job description. They made it sound like we didn't have a choice but to agree because we might lose our jobs if we complain. We wore multiple hats here without getting paid fairly for overtimes and extra work.

Pros

Health benefits Paid Life insurance up to salary Paid PTO and sick time Partner suppliers incentives No other pros for this company

Cons

TBC doesn’t care about it’s employees. Each employee is a number and are always replaceable in their eyes. No matter how well a store may preform it isn’t good enough and more is expected. Each months new budgets are out of reach with a typical increase of well over 20%. Bonuses are subject to change with no notice and will effect your wages with no remorse from Corp. New sales budgets and regulations are made by corporate pencil pushers that do not know or understand current day to day operations in a store front. Managers are required to work a mandatory 55 hours a week but since they are paid salary they are also expected to pick up any shortage in all departments. You WILL end up working open-close+
