      There should be a better system

      Working this job should be mentally strong and healthy. Each day is a meeting of different customers with complaints, issues, and the need to have bill adjustments which usually becomes a hostile transaction in the end

      Poor morale

      Free lunch was nice and coworkers are friendly

      Cons

      Poor pay and unbearable micromanagement results to poor morale. Massive layoffs. Every time you turn around someone is getting fired. Management is terrible. Worst communication between thr higher ups and the rest of the company. Very unorganized. Management is shady. Little room for upward mobility is disheartening.
