      I found a place to live close to the various offices. Only major employer really in upper Palm Beach county.

      Cons

      - Lower than market pay. Which doesn't cover the cost of living in South Florida! - Terrible management from lowest level all the way through CEO. You may find a few exceptions. - Operating as though we are in the Stone Age. Think of the "I have to see you in the office so I know you are working mentality." - No set processes or procedures. - Very, very political. - Not up with current trends in my department. We operate as though it is still the 90's. I am losing industry skills by the day. My peers in the same type of job in other companies are light years ahead with the tools and strategies relevant in today's market. - Lastly, this year there will be an increase in the employee contribution to our healthcare benefits. Since we are told retail isn't meeting numbers at the first quarter of our fiscal year there were little increases, budget cuts and a hiring freeze.
