Pros

A few great people are still left at the company. Several years ago it was a much better place to work.

Cons

Great place to work if you are not a woman, minority or over 50. Management has lost focus of what is important.

Pros

1. pay. a pay check will come regularly...for now. With the way the execs spend on non-sense and the foreign owned parent companies operate this company, who knows until it runs out of money. bonuses usually arent paid. 2. facade. really good at pretending its a good company with a good culture 3. if you are good at golf or willing to hang out with execs on the weekends you'll survive longer than most. doing your job isnt enough.

Cons

1. the current leadership executives resents and hates everyone. 2. the CCO in charge of law and ethics for years has allowed some really bad 1990s like treatment of employees. look up the execs and the constant turnover on the legal team actually every team, then run. 3. the company is owned by foreign companies who do not care how the employees are treated as long as money is made. 4 the turnover is very high with the best and brightest always quitting or being forced out. 5. the culture is awful, a facade of modern workplace while young, women and minorities are mistreated. 6. your co-workers are sad, disgruntled and in survival mode.

Pros

Some good people work here. I've made many friends and the paycheck is consistent.

Cons

Before TBC acquired TCi, almost the entire leadership team was white. TCi had a few people of color in management so they transferred over. Even then, chances for people of color to advance into leadership roles are fairly non-existent. It's the good ol' boys club. People of color also get paid significantly less than their white counterparts. Requirements for leadership roles at TBC: Must be white. Must play golf. Must have gone to a big college (one that has a Division 1 basketball or football program). Being related to people in leadership is also a huge plus. Not a single office is occupied by a person of color other than the ones from the merger. The two that are came from TCi in a merger. I highly doubt they last long before they're replaced by people from the good ol' boys club.
