      Pros

      You will learn and be exposed to many challenges that are thought provoking and help develop you professionally. Large organization with many development opportunities should you seek out that path, but little help is given along the way.

      Cons

      Like many big companies very Silo’d and leadership is not personal with you at any level. Leaders manage up and dictate down but they don’t have much training to help you along your career.

      Pros

      I can't think of any reason why you should work here. In contrast, I can think of many reasons why you should AVOID!

      Cons

      As someone employed here in the past, I recommend you not to take up an offer. The management is not trustworthy. They LIE about your growth, career advancement, and pay. BEWARE! The pay I got was so terrible that I was even hesitant to share it with my family. Also, the stress levels were higher than usual.

      Tough to stay motivated

      Pros

      Interesting peopel to make friends with. People treat each other very well.

      Cons

      Management is top heavy, not a team environment. Best young talents collected their paychecks and left after getting into better companies. If you like wasting your talent creating nothing of value except slide decks, TBC is the place for YOU!
