      The company mistreats its employees

      Pros

      There is a lot of overtime if you like it or not. Great job if you have no friends, or social life, and nobody loves you.

      Cons

      Management is like talking a brick wall, no empathy no intelligence. They don't care about employees. They work people to the bone. Almost feels like you live there. Unless you want to have no personal life, pass on this place.

      Pros

      Communication, support from leadership, work life balance is encouraged & supported, teamwork, hybrid approach to time in the office.

      Cons

      None for our team. Other teams may have some but our team is great. I thought of 1, low pay scale compared to like jobs at other companies.

      The main problem is management

      Pros

      I'm still a bit happy with my job, despite the toxic work environment. Most of my co-workers are also nice and supportive even though the managers aren't.

      Cons

      The main problem of this company is the management. The managers are the root of all the other issues in this company. They are incompetent and incapable of managing people and leading them. There also seems to be some internal conflict within the management. Some managers give out different orders compared to the others managers, which results in conflicting tasks. This lack of coordination among themm is already proff enough that they don't deserve their positions.
