Management needs people skills Environment has "unwritten rules" that even new hires must somehow know on the first day They treat every professional like a part-time sales associate in one of their stores

HR Executive Team are disgraceful and unethical. Everyone is just a number. Even if you have the support of your immediate manager, their hands are tied. HR team do not practice their own TBC values. Many complain about their unethical behavior and nothing is done about it. No accountability. Many associates were scammed out of their bonuses after working with unrealistic deadlines and expectations.

HR executives are not to be trusted. Poor Bonuses plans, as executives set employees up for failure . Sells off part of the company to eliminate work force. Reneges on severance packages
