Lack of support and guidance for new employees, makes them so confused in their everyday work. The stress reach to very high levels for trying to catch up but still gets management disappointed. It's hard for newcomers to adapt, and they need persistence. Please do not leave your other job to come to this one, you will be sorry

Prior experience in the automotive and tire industry is very helpful. I enjoy my work with my teammates and the upper management. We have ample room for growth and advancement which keeps me motivated. The company offers 401k as well as life, health, dental, and vision benefits.

Cons

It will take time to learn the internal policies and achieve success.
