Seemed Great at First, Then...

Pros

* The benefits are okay (If you are single) * Flexible work schedules * Accommodating in regards to ergonomics * It is a new building * Casual dress code * Fresh fruits and nuts in the kitchen

Cons

* PC Hardware support was slow to respond * Server and database access took forever to get (and in some cases failed to give required access at all) * Sub par machine for software development * Senior programmer unreachable half the time * Benefits (especially medical) for my spouse were outrageous * Bad management (in my area at least) that lack any true leadership * Many "co-workers" were just rude if you weren't part of their group (officially or unofficially)
