Online reputation is real. I saw the warning signs but ignored them. Shame on me. Warning signs included a very weak technical interview at both the Manager and Director level, no team technical interview and swapping out of reporting structure the day of hire. I NEVER applied for the job. They approached me!
Not a competitive benefits package for most in tech (no 401K match, poor healthcare package, strict PTO policy)only 14 days, Company NOT branded to Millennial tech workers. A place for industry bottom feeders . They know this, so they try and throw money at new hires. This creates significant problems with long in the tooth employees. Talent is like cream. It rises to the top. One normally promotes upward and out. Unless you found a place to hide.
To the other reviewers who have had recent negative experiences with TCC. You are not alone. We all saw the big warning signs. In the end, they don't even go on a resume. In the end the few toxic IT workers of TCC get to play a little longer in the private sandbox they have created. Squeezing the government cash cow just a bit more. Life and stagnated skillsets have a way of catching up with those poor folks anyway. No matter how many times they try and protect the turf.
